Professional ministry can be an extremely demanding and stressful. If most days you are feeling edgy, nervous, can’t focus, constantly worry, can’t sleep, and can’t fulfill duties because of these symptoms, you may be suffering from anxiety. If most days you feel down or “blue,” have a poor or excessive appetite, can’t sleep or over sleep, have low energy or motivation, feel worthless or hopeless, and can’t fulfill duties because of these symptoms, you may be experiencing depression. If most days you struggle to balance the demands of ministry and home, have arguments with your spouse or other family members, your family complains of not having enough time with you, or you feel guilt for involvement in ministry activities, you may have serious relational problems. These and other problems can be addressed by Counseling Perspectives. To learn of specific areas of expertise, click on the STAFF link.
