Oakland Acres is a true hermitage located 7 miles from the nearest town on 144 acres of meadows, timber, ponds, and trails. Wildlife such as deer and birds are abundant. Fishing is allowed.

The hermitage itself is a 25 year-old farm house that contains modern kitchen facilities, 2 bedrooms, a multipurpose room, living room, dining room, small deck overlooking the pond and valley, small pastor's library, and a chapel.

Stays may typically range from one night to one week.
